International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, but delays may occur during peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please note that tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after being shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
At AqSack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy based on the following guidelines:
Return Period: You may return products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns are only accepted for items in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
